We celebrate everything the Dillay gives us.
Collaborating with our cook Aga, we began the recipe collection with timeless favourites such as “All-Day Brisket", then added vibrant new dishes such as “Crazy Spicy Meatballs". Today the table has grown to welcome guest chefs and home cooks whose recipes celebrate shared meals, family traditions, and the simple joy of cooking with exceptional true ingredients.
