At the Dillay we take pride in everything we create from our pasture to your plate.
Inspired by the rich flavours of our own produce, our chef Aga began our recipe collection with timeless favourites like “All-Day Brisket,” later adding vibrant new dishes such as “Crazy Spicy Meatballs.” Today our table has grown to welcome guest chefs and home cooks whose recipes celebrate shared meals, family traditions and the simple joy of cooking with honest ingredients.
